The agreement between you and Amyrix when you use our website or place an order.

1. About us

Amyrix.com is operated by Amyrix Technologies LLC, a company registered in United Arab Emirates. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Terms, and our Returns Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for billing, shipping, and contact purposes.

3. Pricing & product information

• All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include 5% VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate. Minor variations between product images and the item delivered (e.g. packaging revisions) do not constitute a defect.
• In the event of a clear pricing or stock error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Order acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline orders for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, or delivery to restricted addresses.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Mada, KNet via Tap Payments, plus Tabby, Tamara, and Cash on Delivery. All online card transactions are processed on PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure. Amyrix does not store full card details.

6. Shipping & delivery

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as detailed on our Warranty page. Amyrix offers a 30-day Dead-on-Arrival replacement guarantee on all products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on amyrix.com — including logos, text, graphics, and product photography — is the property of Amyrix Technologies LLC or its licensors and protected under UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Amyrix’s total liability arising from any order is limited to the total amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
