Shipping Terms

Legal terms covering order acceptance, delivery, risk transfer and your responsibilities as the recipient.

1. Order acceptance

An order is accepted when payment is verified (or when COD is confirmed by phone) and you receive an order confirmation email. Until that point, Amyrix may cancel or modify any order at its discretion, including in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

2. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address (building name, floor, apartment number, contact phone). Re-delivery fees of AED 25 apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable contacts.

3. Delivery attempts

Aramex makes up to two delivery attempts. If both fail, the package is held at the nearest Aramex collection point for 5 business days, after which it is returned to Amyrix. Refund (less return shipping cost of AED 25) is issued for prepaid orders. COD orders are cancelled.

4. Risk & title

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery (signed acceptance by the buyer or any adult at the delivery address). Inspect packaging before signing. If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

5. Delays beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including extreme weather, road closures, customs holds, or disruptions to courier networks. We will keep you informed and reroute where possible.

6. Cash on Delivery

  • COD payment must be in cash, AED only. Drivers do not carry change for amounts above AED 100 — please prepare exact change where possible.
  • COD is not available for orders above AED 5,000.
  • The COD service fee (AED 10) is non-refundable in case of return.

7. PO Boxes & restricted areas

We deliver to physical street addresses only. PO Box-only addresses cannot be served. Delivery to free zones with restricted entry may require advance arrangement — contact us before ordering.

8. Pre-orders & backorders

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may change. We will notify you of any material delay and offer a full refund option.
