If your product is defective when you receive it — doesn’t turn on, missing parts, manufacturing defect — we replace it at no cost. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.

7-Day Return Window

Changed your mind? Return any sealed, unused product within 7 days of delivery. AED 25 return shipping applies for change-of-mind returns. Free for our errors.

Manufacturer Warranty

Standard 12-month manufacturer warranty applies to all products (24 months on handheld gaming PCs). We help process every claim.

Filing a claim

  1. Email returns@amyrix.com (returns) or warranty@amyrix.com (warranty) with order number, photos, and a short description.
  2. We respond within 24 hours with next steps.
  3. Aramex picks up from your address (free for our errors).
  4. Replacement or refund issued after inspection.
