What can be returned
- Sealed, unopened items in original packaging with all accessories and protective film intact.
- Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect (must be reported within 48 hours).
What cannot be returned
- Opened software, downloadable content (DLC), digital games or game codes once revealed.
- Items where the manufacturer’s seal has been broken, except in case of defect.
- Hygiene-sensitive items: in-ear earbuds, VR head straps that have been worn.
- Customised or special-order items.
How to return
- Email us at returns@amyrix.com with your order number and reason for return. Photos help.
- We respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and pickup instructions.
- Pack the item in its original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside.
- Aramex picks up from your address (free for our errors, AED 25 for change-of-mind returns).
- We inspect within 2 business days of receipt.
- Refund issued to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
Defective product? Email support@amyrix.com with your order number, photos and a short description. Replacements are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
