What can be returned

  • Sealed, unopened items in original packaging with all accessories and protective film intact.
  • Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect (must be reported within 48 hours).

What cannot be returned

  • Opened software, downloadable content (DLC), digital games or game codes once revealed.
  • Items where the manufacturer’s seal has been broken, except in case of defect.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items: in-ear earbuds, VR head straps that have been worn.
  • Customised or special-order items.

How to return

  1. Email us at returns@amyrix.com with your order number and reason for return. Photos help.
  2. We respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and pickup instructions.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside.
  4. Aramex picks up from your address (free for our errors, AED 25 for change-of-mind returns).
  5. We inspect within 2 business days of receipt.
  6. Refund issued to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
Defective product? Email support@amyrix.com with your order number, photos and a short description. Replacements are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
