Are your products original?+
Yes. Every product is sourced from authorised distributors. All consoles come sealed in original packaging with manufacturer warranty applicable in the UAE (or international warranty where noted).
How fast is delivery?+
Same day in Dubai (order before 2 PM), next business day in Sharjah and Ajman, 1–2 days to Abu Dhabi, and 2–3 days to other emirates.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Yes, COD is available across all 7 emirates with a flat AED 10 service fee. COD orders above AED 5,000 require pre-payment.
Can I pay in installments?+
Yes — via Tabby or Tamara. Split any order from AED 200 into 4 interest-free payments. Learn more.
Do you price-match other UAE sellers?+
Yes, we match prices from authorised UAE sellers (Amazon.ae verified, Noon Express, Sharaf DG, etc.). How it works.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Mada, KNet via Tap Payments, Tabby, Tamara, plus Cash on Delivery.
Is there VAT?+
Yes, all prices include 5% UAE VAT. The VAT amount is shown separately at checkout and on your invoice.
Can I track my order?+
Absolutely. You’ll receive an Aramex tracking number by email and SMS within 4 hours of dispatch. Track here.
What if my product is faulty?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost. After 48 hours, the manufacturer’s warranty applies and we help process the claim.
Can I return a product I changed my mind on?+
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is sealed and unopened. AED 25 return shipping applies. See our Returns Policy.
Do you ship outside the UAE?+
Currently no. We’re working on KSA and Oman delivery — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Are international consoles compatible in the UAE?+
Yes. PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2 are region-free for games. They use universal 100–240V power supplies. We include a UAE 3-pin adapter where applicable.
Do you have a physical store?+
Not yet — we’re currently online only with same-day delivery as our retail experience. A Dubai showroom is on our 2026 roadmap.
