How to claim: Email support@amyrix.com with your order number, photos and a short description. Replacements dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware failures under normal use
- Premature component failure (within warranty period)
What’s not covered
- Physical damage, drops, liquid damage
- Damage from improper voltage or unauthorised modifications
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
- Battery degradation after 18 months of use
- Software issues unrelated to hardware (game crashes, OS bugs)
Filing a warranty claim
- Email warranty@amyrix.com with your order number, serial number and a description of the issue.
- We assess the claim and either repair/replace directly or coordinate with the manufacturer’s authorised service centre.
- You receive updates throughout the process.
