What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

What’s not covered

  • Physical damage, drops, liquid damage
  • Damage from improper voltage or unauthorised modifications
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
  • Battery degradation after 18 months of use
  • Software issues unrelated to hardware (game crashes, OS bugs)

Filing a warranty claim

  1. Email warranty@amyrix.com with your order number, serial number and a description of the issue.
  2. We assess the claim and either repair/replace directly or coordinate with the manufacturer’s authorised service centre.
  3. You receive updates throughout the process.
