Amyrix Technologies LLC operates the website amyrix.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website or place an order.

  • Order information: products purchased, transaction amounts, payment method (we never store full card details)
  • Communication: emails, WhatsApp messages, contact form submissions
  • Browsing data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, referral source — collected via cookies and analytics

Your data is hosted on Shopify’s PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure. Card payments are processed via Tap Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1). All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3.

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office

8. Data retention

  • Account data: until you delete your account
  • Order/transaction records: 5 years (UAE FTA requirement)
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe
  • Analytics: 26 months

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We post any changes on this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
